  Poor management, excuses lies & incompetence at the highest level! Fail to give all prescriptions ordered or put up. The default go to answer/lie is “You don’t have any refills” when they can’t locate your prescription when YOU KNOW you have refills, This is the lie they use frequently when they forgot to put up your prescription. Then they tell you it is all your responsibility to tell them how many you have put up. I can handle that but how many of your customers can’t? There are a lot of mentally challenged people due to many reasons, you can NOT put this on them. BE PROFESSIONAL! The other lie frequently used is “Your doctor just sent it or we just got it” when it comes to a prescription being sent from your doctors office to them. When you were at your doctors the day before and you watched him send it personally right from his computer in the exam room. This is of course an excuse/lie because they failed to see it, actually LOOK for it and get it filled in a timely manner. Now to my favorite excuse, I doubt this is a lie (At least at first) but more ignorance or improper education to the proper classification drugs. “You need a PA (Prior Authorization) to get this prescription filled. So you agree, call your doctor, get them to send it only to discover after days of waiting, this was in fact NOT TRUE. When your insurance sends you & them a letter saying no PA needed. Then the lie starts “Well your insurance told me you needed one before I could fill it”. Now you have wasted the doctors time, your insurance’s time and went without your medication for days due to this incompetence. They really need to stop lying to the customers, admit they screwed up and actually offer an apology when they make a mistake not LIE about it. An apology is still not enough, steps need to be taken to correct these issue’s. If these issue’s get corrected, there will be no need for them to LIE to the customers!
